desirable new more remote sites for hotels, resorts and settlements become
economically feasible. Our engineers are already designing and
planning for this inevitable time.
Additionally, enormous amounts of
our world populations are isolated, having no infrastructure such as roads
and airports available ... essential for bringing local product and
product to market. Today's ocean going ships are incapable of
accessing and servicing these unimproved coastal sites.
